Laravel Dusk | Chrome Network Throttle Offline Modus

Hi,Is there any chance to trigger the Network Throttle Offline Modus within a Dusk Test to Test the Offline behaviour of Laravel Application?

As a friendly User mention, within a Laravel Inertia Channel, you can access the drive directly within the Browser object. Still, I'm not making any progress on how to solve this issue.
