restore method on resource controller

The latest framework(v8.56.0) added support for explicit model binding with trashed support.

I wonder we could add a restore method that supports trashed out-of-the-box support, which would make the routes much neat.

Added Support withTrashed on routes #38348 only supports single route, not resource routes.
