Passive authorize policies / opt in by defining methods

Would be cool if the policy or method does not exist, the following doesn't take effect.

$this->authorize('update', $post);

Then you could add forceDelete & restore to resourceAbilityMap

$this->authorizeResource(Post::class);

If those policy methods aren't present, disregard them.. we don't care to gate it.

This would make it easy for packages to define authorization in their controllers..

But allow package consumers to optionally define policies and methods to opt in.
