Laravel Passport Multiple

Hi everybody,

I have 3 types of the access token (admin, customers, developers). The problem is: I can use the access token from developers connect to the admin api or the customer api. I know we can use scopes to block these however what I want to ask is; I have 3 types of the access token so I can't use the developer access token to connect to other api (it should be unauthenticated). I think I had configured somethings wrong. Please advice. Thanks in advanced.
