Horizon worker name

Hi all,

Anyone that is knowing if it's possible to pass the worker name to the job itself so it can be used inside the Horizon UI?
If someone can point me in the right direction, I can create a PR to show the worker name in the UI, especially for failed jobs so you can see if the failing job is related to a specific server.
