Allow integer in function having($column, $operator = null, $value = null, $boolean = 'and')

I'd like to know something:

I got a query like

$query = Posts::whereDate('created_at','>=',now()->subMonth()->startOfDay()->toDateString())->currentStatus('published');

$query->withCount(['targets' => function ($q) use ($user) {
    $q->whereIn('targets.id', $user->targets->pluck('target.id')->toArray());
}])->having('targets_count', '>', 0)->orderBy('targets_count', 'desc');

This works fine - but Larastan complains about

 Parameter #3 $value of method Illuminate\Database\Eloquent\Builder<App\Models\Post>::having() expects string|null, int given. 

I checked src/Illuminate/Database/Query/Builder.php and spotted this in the DocBlock:

/**
    * Add a "having" clause to the query.
    *
    * @param  string  $column
    * @param  string|null  $operator
    * @param  string|null  $value
    * @param  string  $boolean
    * @return $this
    */

but the param $value is not bound to string or null:

public function having($column, $operator = null, $value = null, $boolean = 'and')
{
 // ...
}

So my question is: Which side-effects could I oversee, when I just propose a change of the docblock to

string|null|integer  $value

or even just

mixed  $value

?
