Add orderByNullLatest() and something like this for query builder

Hi,

Sometimes when we use a sort column, we want the records with null value in that column to be at the end of the list.
I propose that I do those methods, with tests of course.

Possibile solutions :

• orderByNullLatest($column, $direction) and orderByDescNullLatest($column)
• orderBy($column, $direction, bool $withNullLatest=false), orderByDesc($column, bool $withNullLatest=false)

Thank you for your feedback on the interest or not.
A package in this case is not a good solution and a macro is not the best
