Allow Str::random to accept character dictionary

I am finding a very worthwhile use case for adding an optional parameter to Str::random that will allow for a developer to override the range of characters that can be used in a random string. If this is something that appears to be a useful addition to the framework, then I would be very happy to add it with a pull request.
