Unsaved model gets queried on handle.

1. The file I am working with a is a job, so it has the construct method and the handle method.
2. I have a Model lets say it is called MyModel
3. On construct I create a instance of MyModel like: $my_model = new MyModel([...]);
4. Doing dd($my_model->attribute); works on construct
5. But as soon as the code hits handle() an error of No query results for model [App\Models\MyModel]. is thrown
6. That is because smth is triggering the actual $my_model query

Any feedback would be appreciated
