Docs: Torchlight Day/Night Mode

Okay I like the torchlight stuff the only downside is - looking at a dark background code block on a light page is a bit painful to the eye.

Would be nice if torchlight transitioned with the page theme settings

light mode / light code block bg
dark mode / dark code block bg
