Make it possible to see overlapping jobs (WithoutOverlapping middleware)

When using the WithoutOverlapping middleware it would be nice to react on the fact when no lock could be acquired and also no releaseAfter is set (https://github.com/laravel/framework/blob/9.x/src/Illuminate/Queue/Middleware/WithoutOverlapping.php#L77)

This could be helpful to generate a log message. Is this somehow possible or how could this be done (add event...)? I could also provide a pull request if i know how this should be done.
