routing with search returning empty page

Route::get('tests/search', [TestController::class, 'search'])->name('tests.search');
Route::resource('tests', TestController::class);

public function search()
    {

        return view('tests.index');
    }

<html lang="en">
    <head>
    </head>
    <body>
	<h1> Hello world </h1>
    </body>
</html>

Trying to going to the page https://xxxxx/tests/search returning an empty page instead of showing Hello world without any issue
If i add a dd('test') in search inside TestController as showen bellow

public function search()
    {
        dd('test');
        return view('tests.index');
    }

It show test.

could you check please?
