Ist there a chunk() Method without paginating?

I have the following query:

Model::query()
     ->where('scheduled_at', '<', Carbon::now())
     ->whereNull('notified_at')
     ->chunk(500)
     ->each(function (Model $model) {
          $model->notify();
          $model->markAsNotified();
     });

If I now use chunk(), then nothing is found after a certain "chunk" calls.
Although there is still data available. As far as I understand the code of chunk, the offset is increased here by each chunk.

However, this does not work if the amount of data in the processing becomes smaller. Is there another method I can use for this case?
