Conditional route registering

Today if I want to add routes conditionally I do this:

if (<bool>) {
    Route::get(...);
}

But I think it will be better, if there be something like this:

Route::get(...)
    ->when(<bool>);

// or

Route::prefix('test')
    ->when(<bool>)
    ->group(...);

IMO this is more readable.
Q: Is it possible to add this to Route class and checking in Router class?
