Q&A/Feature Request: Pivot model (intermediate table model for BelongsToMany) can have Query Scopes... but can't use them

It's legal to have intermediate table model for BelongsToMany relationship and it's legal to have query scopes within this model.
But, how can I make query using them? I mean something like this:

$model->relationships()->wherePivot(fn ($query) => $query->somePivotModelScope())->...

I tried everything, but cannot reach that pivot model's scopes.
