Currently Laravel Sail creates a docker-compose.yml file with the service name "laravel.test" and the current PHP version 8.2.
Of course you can edit and change this file, but only after it has been created by sail:install.
I wonder if I should make parameters for sail:install e.g. --php=81 and name='myproject' where "name" will result in the service name "myproject.test" in the docker-compose.yml file and the "php" parameter will point to the appropriate version of PHP.
Of course, both parameters are optional and the default is the current version.
Ps. Personally, I often change the name of the service
