Pheanstalk 5 Support

There is a new version of pda/phenstalk that is mostly a rewrite, but unfortunately some constants have moved and data types have changed. Backwards compatibility is mostly preserved outside of these smaller changes.

It would be great if the framework could be updated to support this version, as anything requiring version 5 is now incompatible with a laravel installation.
