Is there a reason why pagination links are hard encoded to RFC3986 instead of the default RFC1738?
The main result being spaces encoded to %20 instead of +
it creates a disconnect between urls created in javascript (e.g. using encodeURIComponent()) or forms with method=get
If Laravel's default is RFC3986, it'd be nice to have an option to revert to RFC1738.
