Laravel Octane monitoring impact of max-requests flag

Hi, this is question I've got for Laravel Octane! I've briefly used the max-requests option within Octane that states that it'll restart Octane workers when this number of requests are reached, my query here though is that, how do we monitor the impact of this, for example, is it more performant to lower it from 500 to something like 5,000 so that is restarts less often, or increase it?
