When using passport, it prompts Redirecting to mylocalhost

Premise: passport is already running normally in my other programs.

"laravel/framework": "^11.9",
"laravel/passport": "^12.0",

When I redeploy a new server
Execute:
php artisan passport:keys
or
php artisan passport:client --password

User authentication interface requests are all:
Redirecting to "mylocalhost"

But when I execute
php artisan install:api --passport
The migration file will be regenerated in migrate, but my file already has.

How can I solve this? Thanks
