Random logouts with Sanctum / Breeze

Hi,
I am using an API with Laravel Sanctum / Breeze to authenticate my users (through a Next.js front-end app). From time to time, without explanation and totally randomly I am disconencted.

I suspect it's coming from using Redis as the SESSION_DRIVER. Does anyone experienced this ?
