Feature Request: “Laravel Cashier (Razorpay)” support for India

Summary

Laravel Cashier (Stripe) is a fantastic package for managing recurring payments and subscription billing. However, in India, Razorpay is one of the most widely used payment gateways due to its ease of use, RBI-compliance, and UPI/Autopay integrations.

I'm requesting a similar “Laravel Cashier (Razorpay)” package for the Indian market. I’m not entirely sure if this is the right place to request such a feature, so please guide me if this belongs in a different repository or if there’s a better way to contribute.

Why Razorpay?

1. Popular in India: Razorpay is widely adopted by businesses in India, making it a prime choice for Laravel developers here.
2. Regulatory Compliance: It meets all RBI regulations, supports mandated authentications, and provides UPI Autopay.
