Support replacing configs

Please change array_merge to array_replace_recursive in Illuminate/Support/ServiceProvider:162:

     * Merge the given configuration with the existing configuration.
     *

     * @param  string  $key
     * @return void

    {

I think this would constitute a breaking change for a lot of packages, and sites.

There's nothing stopping you from overriding this if you'd prefer to recursively replace, even on a per-provider basis, but the expectation presently is to merge, as has been the case for quite some time.
