Add --no-dump or --quiet-assertions flag to disable HTML dumping in test assertions

Description

When running tests with php artisan test, failed assertions like assertSee() dump the entire HTML response content, which can be overwhelming and hard to read, especially for large responses or when running multiple tests.

Current Behavior

$this->get('/search')
    ->assertSee('Expected Text');
