Add Search Field in Horizon

We need a search functionality in Laravel Horizon's dashboard to improve the debugging and monitoring experience for developers working with queued jobs.

Problem Statement

Currently, when debugging failed jobs or monitoring job performance in production applications, developers face significant challenges:

• Manual scrolling through hundreds/thousands of jobs to find specific ones
• No way to quickly locate jobs by class name, queue name, or payload content
• Time-consuming investigation process when debugging production issues
• Difficulty tracking specific job types across different periods
• Poor user experience when dealing with high-volume queue systems

Proposed Solution

Add a search bar component to Horizon's job listing pages that allows filtering by:
Primary Search Targets

• Job Class Name (e.g., ProcessPayment, SendEmailNotification)
• Queue Name (e.g., emails, payments, reports)
• Job ID for direct lookup
• Payload Content (search within job data)

Advanced Filtering Options

• Job Status (failed, completed, pending, processing)
• Date Range filtering
• Exception Messages (for failed jobs)
• Tags (if using job tagging)
