@lasselukkari . I have a big problem with duinodcx i tried everything from github even from other forum and nothing helped. Can you send me a complete ESP32 board ready to start duinodcx. I need fast help because i need this to work immediately. Pls help.

Is there any option to fix that error message and let me join to the network. If you know how to fix that thing please help. Im doing everything right from tutorial and this not working, also i tried everything like a other python version or even ESP32 core version and no one of this works.

As I said, I don't think it's a problem with the ESP32. Unfortunately, I haven't seen this error message myself yet. But I think if the “DCX2496” network is selectable but the connection doesn't work, then the problem may be due to a setting in the smartphone. Maybe you can try it with other smartphones, preferably one belonging from a other Person?

I already tried with another device with ios and android and same problem. The connection only working with latest ESP32 core version but on latest version there is problem with seraching. ESP dont see the dcx. This problem is very uniqe and i dont think what to do next.

In the other thread, I showed the wiring for the RS232 connection. Have you checked that? The blue bridge is also important.

The configuration in the DCX itself must also be correct.

Have you tried changing the RS232 adapter? I've already broken a few. It only works permanently for me with the additional resistors.

Yes i checked It with multimeter and the connection is correct, how you added a resistors ? And can i try duino dcx running a latest ESP32 core version ? because its only version which is working with wifi connection.

Ok, i will do a bridge again and i will ad a 2x 1K resistors and i will run it on a latest ESP32 core version

The two resistors are only there to protect the RS232 adapter from damage. If your current RS232 is already broken, you will still need a new one.
