From struct to insert into table

Guys is it possible to insert from struct without declaring each field when using sqlx::query or sqlx::query!?

I have read the docs, but could not find anything. Looks like that's not possible atm, but I might be wrong.
I guess that for this to be possible, support for named parameters has to be added.
