error returned from database: (code: 14) unable to open database file and warning: no queries found with SQLite

I wanted to turn this into an issue, but this might be just user error by me.
I am using Tauri and requires an embedded database, which I choose SQLite.
To be honest, I was more leaning into Diesel, but I want to try sqlx. However, I can't even start properly.

My first problem is for some reason, the query! macro can't open the SQLite database. I have set the DATABASE_URL in the .env. Since I created the database and ran the migrations through sqlx CLI, the URL should be correct. It also does not seem to be a file permission problem because I have set the SQLite file permission to 777.

Stumped, I tried offline mode. Didn't work either. For some reason, cargo sqlx prepare will always return this line warning: no queries found. The .sqlx folder did get created in the project directory, but it is empty. I am sure the CLI found the database file, but for some reason it does not find any "queries" in it. I have made sure that the database file contained table structures, since I ran migrate run before.

Turns out the problem is in the URL. query!'s base starts from the root of the workspace. So, to fix this, I have to change the URL from sqlite://database/main.sqlite to "sqlite://src-tauri/database/main.sqlite"
