Support for client-side paradigm.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Per open-feature/dotnet-sdk#489, the .NET SDK supports client-side use cases, but per the README the LaunchDarkly provider "is not intended for use in desktop and embedded systems applications."

It would be great to see LaunchDarkly fully support desktop and mono applications.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just the LaunchDarkly client directly.

What providers we implement is based on customer interest, so thank you for your interest in support for dotnet client-side.

The changes to this provider to support client-side should be reasonably minimal as the contexts and result values are very similar. So if you want to fork it for that purpose, then that could be a viable alternative until we make an official client-side provider.
