This is a WIP PR that adds some quick & dirty bash scripts to process a
.csvof all the features found on the Docs site.The CSV was generated from the raw HTML (also included in the PR.)
When run, the script clones every repo, inserts every feature, and then is capable of issuing a PR.
Before actually doing that, I'd like to verify the correctness of the data.
