Mobile: Offer "Create note" option when search returns no results #14414
Description
Current behavior:
On mobile, when searching for a note that does not exist, the search screen shows no results and no next action.
Example:
- Search for "Chemistry Notes"
- Result: empty screen
Suggested improvement:
When search returns zero results and the query is non-empty, show an option:
"Create note 'Chemistry Notes'"
Tapping it would create a new note using the search query as the title and open it in the editor.
This is an optional UX improvement and does not change existing behavior when results are found.
