User-based middleware using slowapi

HI there,

It is me again. Is it possible to use slowapi as a user-based middleware with different rate limits instead of a decorator? I started an implementation with alternative library fastapi_limiter. However, some limitations of mine and the library dragged me back. Therefore, my hopes are greater with your library. :)
