NVIDIA 50-series GPU Support

### User story
As a user, I want to be able to run lava-dl on 5090 or 50-series NVIDIA GPUs to allow for faster training.

### Conditions of satisfaction
- Training works on 50-series GPUs.

### Acceptance tests
- Pytest reports all tests pass with minimal warnings and no errors.
- Newer GPUs should be able to accelerate training workloads in SLAYER.
