LAVA account has exceeded its GIT-LFS budget #913

Describe the bug
Not able to install lava on my system. Cloning the repository throws a Smudge Error.
Please increase the GIT-LFS budget for this repository.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- When I run the following command on my terminal in the home directory.
git clone git@github.com:lava-nc/lava.git
- I get this error ...
Error downloading object: tests/lava/proc/conv_in_time/gts/q_weights.npy (f78fb71): Smudge error: Error downloading tests/lava/proc/conv_in_time/gts/q_weights.npy (f78fb71a436122ae8bfccf4f0e13ce081758b5069029dc725c5291bef23f9872): batch response: This repository exceeded its LFS budget. The account responsible for the budget should increase it to restore access.
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to clone the repository on my system successfully.
