I would like to translate TwitchDownloader into German. How can I do that?
I don't know about handling GitHub.

You will need to start by making a copy of Translations/Strings.rex and rename it with the appropriate culture code. For Germany German the culture code is de-DE, so the new filename would be Strings - Copy.rex -> Strings.de.resx.

Next, go to Services/AvailableCultures.cs and add German to the "Culture" enum, the group of const strings, ToName function, and ToNativeName function.

After that you should be able to edit the localization file using an editor and then build the app to see it in effect. If you have Visual Studio 2022, there is a link to a really useful extension in AvailableCultures.cs. For Visual Studio Code, there is a resx editor plugin. And JetBrains Rider has a nice editor built-in known as the "Localization Manager"
