Instructions for Assessments

Current Behavior

Currently we dont give instructions based on a question . ( if there can be multiple correct answers or single correct , if the short answer has to be one word or not etc )

Desired Behavior

We should be able to add a front matter of instruction ( having a secondary color ) , which can satisfy the need of instructions outside of question
