Glitchy Animation on Academic Partners Slider During Initial Load

Description

The Academic Partners section experiences a visual glitch in the slider animation when the page is first loaded. This seems to be caused by lazy loading of logos or assets, resulting in a jittery or uneven scroll for the first few seconds.

Expected Behavior

The slider should scroll smoothly from the very beginning without any jerky transitions or broken animation frames.

Hi @vr-varad @Tharanishwaran ,

I have modified the component to preload all partner images using Image() before rendering the slider, and disabled lazyLoad in Slick settings. This ensures the slider starts only after all images are loaded, preventing the glitchy or jerky animation during the initial load.
