[Bug] Inconsistent Button Set on Share Post - Mobile vs Desktop View

On the Blog page, the Share Post section displays a different set of buttons in mobile view compared to desktop view. Additionally, the buttons shown in the mobile layout are not functional, leading to a broken user experience.

Expected Behavior

The same set of buttons should appear and work correctly in both desktop and mobile views.
