Duplicate footer appears on certain Sistent pages when refreshing #6686

On the Sistent site, refreshing certain pages results in two footers being displayed.
This occurs only when refreshing an already loaded page.
This happens only on:
/about/identity/*(any subpage)/components/*(any subpage)
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to https://layer5.io/projects/sistent/about.
- Refresh the page.
- Scroll to the bottom and observe two identical footers.
Expected Behavior
The footer should render only once — the same single footer behavior as other pages on the site.
