Bug: The 'examples/next-12' project is outdated and non-functional #1112
Description
Current Behavior
Dependency Conflict: Running npm install inside examples/next-12 fails with an ERESOLVE error.
Expected Behavior
Install all dependencies successfully without any resolution errors.

To Reproduce
- Navigate to the examples/next-12 directory.
- Run npm install.
- Observe the ERESOLVE error.
