[CI] Remove `Multi-Platform Build and Release` workflow

Current Behavior

This workflow: https://github.com/layer5io/sistent/blob/master/.github/workflows/multi-platform.yml is disabled

Desired Behavior

Remove workflow as this is no longer needed

Hey @nebula-aac @Rajesh-Nagarajan-11 ,
I attempted to work on this issue but found that the multi-platform.yml workflow file no longer exists in the repository.

I verified by checking:

• Local .github/workflows/ directory
• Checked current workflows in the repo (solved in commit 3a3ce3d)

The file appears to have been already removed.
Pls close this issue, since this is no longer relevant.
