Unable to download any video from app deplyed on heroku

After installing the gem , then push the code to heroku,

heroku run rails c --app <my_app_name>
YoutubeDL.download "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvdf5n-zI14"

I faced same issue but i solve update binary files. ex) youtube-dl.exe
