Link warnings and crash with macos-latest worker #46

When using the macos-latest worker, I get a lot of these warnings:
ld: warning: object file (/Users/runner/work/unicorn-lua/unicorn-lua/.lua/lib/liblua.a[2](lapi.o)) was built for newer 'macOS' version (14.0) than being linked (11.0)
This happens with each object file from Lua. Later my tests fail without warning -- the process dies with no error -- so I'm thinking it might be due to something to do with this warning. That wasn't happening late last year.
The problem might be with the hard-coded version number here?
