WebVM: The Hackathon II 2025

WebVM: The hackathon was a global hybrid event that took place in April 2025. The objective of this event was to invite developers from all over the globe to explore the world of in-browser virtualization by leveraging CheerpX, a WebAssembly-powered tool for executing x86 binaries on the browser.

The theme on this edition was Learning Linux on your Browser. Participants were required to develop projects and web apps that incorporated CheerpX, where projects were aimed at providing an interactive educational experience for learning Linux and its commands.

The current repository lists the scores of the valid projects that the participants worked over a full week, alongside with their final scores determined by our amazing panel of judges. Written feedback will be provided privately via DevPost to all the submissions. Congratulations to all the teams; we hope you had an exceptional experience.
