Simple Console App on Another Machine

Everyone, what am I missing? Any help would be appreciated. Probably a simple solution, but i'm clueless at this point.
In order to debug this problem, I created a basic command line console app, see below.

1. On my development machine (Windows 11), the app runs fine. Compiled using Visual Studio 2022
2. On another (Windows 11) machine, I get the following error just trying to run the program.

Here's the output. It crashed and never gets to the "catch"

3. I have installed PicoGK Runtime and verified that the following dll's are the same on both machines in \windows\system32
   picogk.1.7.dll
   blosc.dll
   lz4.dll
   tbb12.dll
   zlib1.dll
   zstd.dll

4. Here are the .net 9 versions, just in case you were wondering...

Hi Bryan,

Can you please explain how you resolved it?

I am building an inno setup installer to install my Windows Form driven PicoGK app (which runs perfectly on my machine where PicoGK is installed) and, at the moment cant get it to run.

I am, like you, installing all the dll files into system32 as administrator, copying all the needed files to the installation directory in program files, including the PicoGK View Environment files, etc.
But, when I try to run the app on the other machine, the form works just fine but, when I click the button to trigger the PicoGK app, it doesn't seem to be able to launch it.

Just wondering if it is related to the problem you were having???

What is now annoying, I came back to the discussion board because I have another PC that I cannot get running. Same exact error. Been fighting for weeks. I can't get the same simple headless app to run.
