feat(i18n): update internationalization documentation with additional languages

- Removed outdated i18n section from general.mdc.
- Added new language support including Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Malay, Indonesian, and Russian in internationalization.mdc.
- Enhanced documentation to reflect the expanded multilingual capabilities.
