apache_migrate is failing to migrate files from non-standard locations #37
Description
When applied PR for recursive directive processing #36 apache_migrate will not migrate non-standard files to container.
This looks like a bug in the apache containerization. When you make some httpd config file and place it in /opt and then include this file from the main httpd config, augeas will identify this file but apache_migrate will not move this file to container.
