Integrate makecode into the Kolibri Library

Overview

Integrate https://arcade.makecode.com/ as a channel in the Kolibri Library

• Provide access to engaging code education resources
• This is not the highest priority, but there is an opportunity if appropriately scoped for this to be integrated with a relatively low lift
• There are a range of organizations doing code education work using Kolibri, and this would help to support their efforts - English and Spanish are high priorities in terms of language support
