Courses - Edge case - Attempting to assign a course to deleted class/group/learner results in a generic error message #14155

Observed behavior
Reporting this in case we can handle it even better - currently attempting to assign a course to a deleted class/group/learner results in a generic error message. Would be nice if we could guide the user as to what is the nature of the error and what can be done:

Expected behavior
The general error message doesn't give an indication to the user how to proceed so even changing the wording of the message might be beneficial.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Install the build from https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/releases/tag/0.19.2-alpha0
- Go to Coach > Courses and attempt to assign a course
- Delete a class/group/learner and attempt to proceed
