Observed behavior

Observed both at Hotfixes and production - if I have a folder or a resource with missing title and I attempt to fix that by editing just the title by using the "Edit title and description" button, then the resource remains marked as incomplete. Editing the resource through the "Edit details" option fixes the issue:

Expected behavior

Since only the title is required for the resource to be marked as complete, then editing just the title should be sufficient.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Studio
2. Go to a channel and add a folder or a resource without a title
3. Edit just the title of the folder or resource and observe that it's still marked as incomplete
